Sarah Lebar thank you for alerting us to that. Just to be clear — story number 1 is about how British Columbia reached a deal back in February with First Nations people (and others) to protect 85% of the Great Bear Rainforest. That story is true, it happened.

The story you have posted is about how the Ktunaxa First Nation is challenging a development by a ski resort, and that case is now before the Supreme Court.

I’m not sure how your story contradicts the one that I posted here? I guess the point you’re making is that these wins cannot be taken for granted, and that conservation efforts around the world can be rolled back. That is very true for all the stories I’ve posted in this article.

But I also think it’s a little unfair for you to suggest that line 1 is innacurate.
